Excellent location with charming staff

The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the staff were warm and cute. A short stroll took us to major attractions.

We encountered a few maintenance issues in our room, including a broken toilet roll holder and a ceiling that needed attention. This detracted from what could have been an excellent stay.

Luigi was great, my room was clean, and the breakfast was plenty for me (bowl of cornflakes; i didn't eat the tastycake, cheese, or rolls).

I wish the single room had a toilet (it had a shower and a sink). In the end, however, it really wasn't a big deal.

Dedo Boutique Hotel impressed with its clean, spacious room. Location made traveling around Florence easy. Only a 5-7 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast offered a good variety, though it could improve timing since it starts at 7:30 AM. Staff showed great warmth and professionalism, particularly Laura, who offered fantastic restaurant suggestions. The bathroom, while functional, had some tight quarters that may challenge taller guests. We faced a minor issue with hot water that was promptly addressed. Having the option to leave our bags after check-out for later exploration was a big plus. Enjoyed the vibrant neighborhood filled with local eateries. Would definitely return for the friendly atmosphere and enjoyable stay.

Good location for the city center and train station

Very basic facilities in the room. Air conditioning is needed during the time we stayed (mid-July). Breakfast is very basic (mind it was included in the room rate). Few improvements on the room would probably make a lot of difference to the comfort of the stay.

There wasn´t air conditioner, and the room was so warm.

Simple good or stay 1 night!

The location is great, just a short walk to many attractions. The room was a good size and cleaned daily, which I appreciated. Breakfast was better than what I've had in some fancier spots. Super friendly staff too 😊

Location is perfect, close to the center of Florence and yet very quiet & peaceful. The staff are very helpful, kind, friendly. The facilities are more than adequate, very charming and comfortable. It made my stay even more special. I don't want to stay anywhere else in Florence from now on. It feels like home.

I read that the staff spoke English which was totally a liar!!!!!, Is al old woman, and the wifi just work at the entrance once you are in the room, no signal!!!!

The broken window in the room, closed by a plastic. The Water wasn't very hot. The bathroom was not so clean. Everything indire was broken. 82 € for that stuff is really expensive...

La fenêtre de la chambre cassée, colmater au sac Plastique. La sdb crado ou tt était casse. L eau tiède. 82€ plus les 4 € de taxe en cash ça fait chero !!!!

Booked double room, that included a small mini fridge, an electric kettle, and a safe box. It was beautifully maintained, we spent 1 night. The hotel had a perfect location near Church of Santa Maria Novella. Friendly service, even though a few employees were terrible rude.

It was just a smart choice for a momentary pause in Florence with very good value for money. The location next to the river makes exploring the historic center a pleasant stroll. Bring your own toiletries since they only changed our towels once .
